Under warranty, all the instruments that QuakeLogic supplies are guaranteed to be without defects in material and/or treatment, for one year (or extended period based on separate agreement) from the shipping date.
This agreement is not valid if the instrument or the accessory has been used incorrectly or if it has been damaged by a third party; it does not cover eventual damages to the Client's property caused by an improper or non-functioning of the instrument. In particular, we owe nothing for the eventual de-installation and/or re-installation of the instrument or defective component, just as for eventual expenses to the Client caused by an improper or nonfunctioning of the same pieces.
In the event of malfunctioning and/or production failures occurring during the warranty period, the repair and replacement of the defective part(s) is covered by this agreement. For this reason, all Shipping, duties, local taxes and on-site services will be out of the scope of this agreement and will be charged separately.
